Looking for a Professional roommate to live downstairs in a split level house. The roommate would have the whole spacious downstairs enough for a bed and a little small living room area. Utilities included except electricity. Shared bathroom and kitchen with two to other people. Located in a desirable Candlewood Lake community with a private beach, etc. One month rent for a deposit. This is month to month with the minimum requirement of at least one month’s notice before leaving.
