With off-street parking, 2-stories, a back yard with a grill, laundry, and a large open living space, you’ll have plenty of room to make this house your home. One unfurnished upstairs bedroom is available. The large kitchen with a stove, oven, frig, dishwasher, disposal and microwave opens to a vaulted living space with a fireplace. Roommates will split the cost of utilities evenly. No smoking in the house. No pets. Two housemates are a couple who share the downstairs room and bathroom; one is a thirty-one year old male who works full-time programming self-driving cars and the other is a 27 year old female who works as a barista. The third housemate is a 32 year old female who works as a voice actor and barista. She occupies the other upstairs bedroom and the new housemate would share a full bath with her upstairs. Two of the three housemates include a 31 yr old male who works at a automated car driving enterprise, and a 27 year old female barista. The upstairs housemate is a 32 year old female who works as a voice actor and barista. The 4th housemate can be either male or female but will be sharing the upstairs bathroom with a female housemate; there is also a 3rd bathroom (1/2 bath) without a tub/shower. The new housemate can have their own bathroom if they prefer to use the 1/2 bath downstairs, but the two upstairs housemates will share the shower/tub upstairs.
