Sera's room

Private room and private bathroom available in a Mira Mesa single family residence. The bathroom is connected with the bedroom. Laundry in the garage. Shared common areas (dining room, kitchen, etc.). Comes with a parking permit.

Currently have a mini poodle dog and maybe a 2nd dog soon so no additional pets please. Utilities to be split 50/50.

No drugs, smoking, overnight guests, couples please.

I am a working professional who owns a small hypoallergenic dog. I own this place. I tend to stay quiet and can either be as social as you want or keep to myself. You will only be sharing the place with me.
