Savannah's room

Hi there! Starting late February/early March I will have a room available in my two bedroom DTC apartment. My current roommate is on the lease until end of March, so we can push out your move in date if needed. The room is the master, and has a private attached bathroom and walk in closet. The unit is amazing, with a large kitchen and living room, in unit laundry, and a balcony with mountain views. The apartment complex is in a great location with a pool, hot tub, and gym on site. Your rent will be $950 per month, and you will be responsible for electric as I pay for the internet. No utilities are included, but water/sewer/gas is normally about $20 per person per month.

I’m super laid back and would like a roommate that I’m also friends with. I have the sweetest cat named Wrigley who is relaxed and cuddly. He is okay around dogs and cats as long as they are friendly, it may just take some getting used to. I enjoy movies, game nights, drinks by the pool, and exploring the mountains/Denver.
