This apartment building is great! It’s located only four minutes from the Grove and is gated and has a pool and gym as well. It also has an on-site property manager who is super nice.

You would be taking the master bedroom, so your total cost per month would be around $1900. This includes rent, an estimation of utilities, and parking. The application does do a credit check and requires proof of income.
