Hi I’m looking to fill the third room of a three bedroom one bath in Dorchester. Location is great for anyone working downtown or at Umass. The red line is a five minute walk away as is just about everything you could need. Grocery, Pizza, a track & the beach! I have lived here without a car and never had an issue. Laundry is free and in unit. Utilities normally run around $75/month per person (it will be more if we decide to pay for cable) + more when we have to fill up on oil.

Rent is a great value since I’ve been in the space for many years and the landlord likes me.

Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed for this unit. Also, please no smoking or drug use.

I am in my thirties and primarily looking for friendly and responsible roommates who can reliably cover their rent. If we become friends that’s cool, but I’m also fine living in a situation where everyone’s just living together to save on housing expenses and doing their own thing.

I work at a small college in downtown Boston and do some remote work for a running company nights from home. Running is also my main non-work related activity. I competed in college and try to stay in pretty competitive shape now. I am excited that Boston is back to hosting in person races!

Newly moving in is a person in their late 20s who works as a trainer at Mass General.
