On a quiet lane in Lithonia sits our house. Big enough to have personal space, half an hour from Atlanta yet an acre of wooded trees out back.

You will have your own bedroom to yourself with a bed, desk and a chair, as well as a chest of drawers to put your belongings in. The kitchen and loungeroom are shared.

We are eight minutes to Stonecrest Mall, six minutes to the freeway and half an hour from the city of Atlanta itself.

With a deck out the back and a small fire pit amongst the trees on this large 1-acre block, this is a space for the quieter types.

Area Unfortunately the area does not have a great walk score nor does it have public transport close so we encourage you to have your own car. For freeway access, we are six minutes to I-20 and twenty minutes to I-285 We are surrounded by an abundance of nature, parks and forests. Yellow River Bend Park - Nine mins Stone Mountain Park - Twenty mins Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area - Twelve mins Dining and Eating There is an abundance of dining and eating at Stonecrest Mall (within ten minutes), many others within twenty mins at Stone Mountain, Lilburn and Snellville and one of my favorites Green Love Kitchen, Lithonia (six mins). Shopping Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) are all with 10-12 mins. Stonecrest Mall and the surrounding commercial businesses will have much of what you need!

What’s great about our place Located within half an hour of the city and airport by freeway and half an hour to most things on the east side.

Applying and Qualifying Application fee is $50.

We do do background and credit checks as well as reference checks on previous rental history and employment. We do try and work with everyone, however to give yourself the best chance of qualifying we suggest: Minimum income of three times the monthly rent. No evictions in the past few years. No criminal history (some traffic fines ok) No missed payments, foreclosures or bankruptcies. Proof of consistent income (eg paystubs or tax returns etc.)

Depending on how you qualify above, the security deposit will usually be equal to one month’s rent.

Most well qualified prospective tenants should expect to pay the application fee plus first month’s rent and the security deposit to move in.
