The room smartly includes storage with a ceiling-reaching closet, a freshly painted ambiance, and currently houses a twin bed, bookshelf, desk, and chair. There’s ample space for a full or queen-size bed if you choose to bring your own.

CONVENIENCE AT YOUR DOORSTEP || Situated just 1 block from the Subway (A, C, 1), the grocery store, and the laundromat, everything you need is within easy reach. We often use delivery services for groceries and laundry, finding it as cost-effective as traditional methods.

SHARED SPACES || The common areas of the apartment are always clean and inviting. We value our time together, often pitching in for a pizza night and movie, creating moments of relaxation and camaraderie.

XOSE || At 39, I’ve globe-trotted from the EU to South America and now find myself diving into the tech world after two decades in the music industry. EDO || At 57, Edo brings a touch of French flair to our NYC home. Working in the restaurant industry, he has a unique rhythm to his day. His routine starts later, around 9/10 am, gearing up for his shift that begins in the afternoon and often stretches into the night. While he might seem like a blur of activity during the day, running errands and keeping busy, Edo values the quieter moments at home. You’ll find him reserved yet amicable.
