Michael's room

Cozy, bright and airy bedroom in a high-floor apartment with terrace in a doorman and elevator building located on a quiet, tree-lined street in Upper East Side, with many restaurants, boutique and artisan shops, museums, parks and a promenade along the East River. M31 and M79 bus stops are just around the corner; 10-min walk to Q subway line or NYC ferry, and ~20-min walk to The Metropolitan Museum, Guggenheim Museum and Central Park.

The private bedroom has no frills with a full-sized bed, study desk, end table/luggage rack, hangers and dresser drawers. Since I’m out of town often for long periods of time, you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself when I’m away. When I’m back in town, I’d be sleeping in the living room futon behind privacy screens. Electricity costs are shared pro-rata while water and wifi are included.

The building residents are very quiet and respectful of one another, so please be the same when living here. Absolutely no party, no visitors, no smoking and no drugs!
