About the room
About the bedroom: spacious to fit a queen-size bed, night stand, small desk, full-size mirror etc. It has a large closet the size of the width. It comes unfurnished but has an AC-unit in the window (bought this past summer). The room is situated in the front of the apartment next to an updated powder room so it feels private.
About the apartment: There is a dining room and living room area in the front of the apartment. Going through the back hallway, there is a modern kitchenette and the other two bedrooms and the main bathroom, also updated.
About the roommates: Two males in their late twenties/early thirties who work in the exclusive, fine dining hospitality industry. One works a lot and is rarely home and the other works long day/evening hours. Both are super chill and laid back.
About the Harlem/Morningside Park neighborhood: One block from the B / C subway line with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. Very diverse and lively atmosphere. Minutes from Morningside Park and a 5-10 minute walk to Columbia University.
