Hi! I’m looking for a roommate.

Rent would be $820 a month, including all housing utilities except power which I’m paying for individually. Lease would need to be signed by October ideally for a 12/13 month term. Move-in would be November.

I’m interested in looking for a working professional, responsible, CLEAN, uncomplicated, RESPECTFUL roommate who is interested in rooming with me for a year in Duluth, Ga.

I’d prefer a female or non-binary roommate but would consider a great match if they do so happen to be male. I’m looking for someone who is interested in a long term lease (Yes, you’d have to sign a lease as co-applicant. So you will need to verify income, background check and not owe any previous properties.)

You should be childless and ok with pets. There are two cats who live in the apartment. You won’t have to be bothered by them unless you want to, at this time there can be no additional pets. Smokers are cool as long as it’s outside the home. Would prefer someone around the same age range as me 28-40ish…

The floor plan (see attached photos) is a roommate floor plan with your own unfurnished room and unattached bathroom with a long vanity and garden tub. The rent includes all utilities, water, internet, pest control and valet trash. The apartment complex is clean, office staff is great, maintenance team is great and responsive. The community is gated with a small pool, tennis court, playground and small dog park.

I’ve posted as many pictures as I could of the apartment including the floor plan. The common areas are furnished, the only unfurnished areas are the room and bathroom.

In regards to myself- I’m extremely laidback. While I am quiet and keep to myself and I’m a true introvert I’m open to dope energy and people. I’m a free spirited artist but work full time. I’m extremely clean and organized and while I don’t expect anyone to be as clean as me you should be able to clean after yourself and maintain the space as it’s really a non-negotiable for me. I’m big on mutual respect, honoring boundaries and commmuncation. I’m into music, movies, gaming, arting and wine 😬
