The townhouse is 2 bed 2.5 bath and has a patio with a privacy fence and faces into the trees. A parking spot in front of the building is included. The neighborhood is near Newport News Park, grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants and is a 10 min drive from the Yorktown Waterfront.
About the roomies
I’m 25 years old and starting my masters at Christopher Newport. I have a cat that is FeLV+, so unfortunately I can’t have him around other cats, but he loves dogs, so a cat-friendly dog is welcome! I am cannabis friendly, but I would ask that you not smoke in the house.
