About the room
the house is the.upscale. it gas a hemet address but it is really in the county. we live in a 18 acre private reserve. three babe does born yesterday were spotted out our windows. the room has a separate entrance. tub shower in separate bathroom. you will have access to our oversize washer and dryer. expensive oil painting through the house. the house has views to die for. in most rooms. you would have the run of the house kitchen. living room dining room . house is one story. you would. have use of the refrigerator and the pantry. this property is covered in fruit tree. pick the fruits. walk the trails. the property is maintained by manager so all yard work is taken care of. we have an indoor cat who is friendly. no other pets accepted. our landlord is speedy quick taking care of problems. he has two rules. 1) Absolutely no smoking inside or out. fear of fire means this rule apply to visitors as well. 2) the electric gate must be closed at all times. the remote makes it easy to do. our landlord does not want the code to the gate given out to anyone who is not family to one of us. any time the electric company wants on the property this has to be arranged thru the landlord.
About the roomies
currently three of us live here. I am a 67 year old woman. I am disabled and retired from teaching to write novel. my son and his girlfriend live in one room together. my son is 26. and works 12 hour shifts as an EMT..his girl is 22. she is in college. the house has two full bathrooms. the three of us share one. there is also shared half bath. this room comes with a full bath which is not shared.. it would be yours alone.
half bath. depending on how we work things out we would each pick a day to use the laundry. we can also work out the kitchen duties and other thing. our current tenant will be taking her couch. and a lot of her furniture. we have three electric recliners and a dining table. the rest our current roommate will take her furniture. the three of us are mostly quiet. we like to play poker on occasion. we not much into drinking but we have nothing against it unless your a mean drunk. we
like to laugh, watch tv and use our computer. if you enjoy stirring up drama. this probably not for you. we need someone who will fit in. we have no problem with race or sexual orientation.
internet is included. also electricity and water. we stream tv and have Netflix,Hulu, Paramount, Amazon PRIME, stars, HBO/MAX, Peacock,Disney. all included.
