3 bd 2 bath home with one 14x14 corner room as yours with easy access to backyard. Small front patio, very quiet neighborhood, corner property close to the heart of downtown Phoenix! Mostly private bathroom as I am mostly away for work.

One roommate stays at the property consistently in the master room and has a 6 year old child generally every other weekend. I will be on travel for work 90% of the time. I do have a dog that will be with me when I’m in town. 80lb blue nose pit; very friendly and sweet with everyone and everything. 420 friendly. Prior to deposit, work verification must be confirmed along with Valid photo ID and 3 references within 3 years. Shared common areas are furnished so please be neat. No parties.
