Alan's room

The house is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a safe Chandler neighborhood. It is very close to the 202, and minutes away from downtown Chandler.

You will get your own room on the first floor. You will have your own bathroom too, though it will be the bathroom for guest use on the rare occasion that there are guests over (it’s the only one downstairs). You will also have your own fridge. I have a garage gym that you are welcome to use if you’re into that, as well as a nice back yard and living room area to hang out in. Behind the house is a park if you like to go on walks.

My name is Alan! I’m 25 years old. I work from home at a corporate job and have a friendly, 3 year old pit bull mix named Roger.

I like to keep a clean house so it’s important that you do also. I consider myself friendly and respectful, and it’s important for me to ensure that anyone who lives here will feel comfortable and at home. It goes without saying but communication is one of the most important aspects of that. If you feel the same and we can set proper expectations from the start everything should go well.
