Spacious, pet-friendly unit with one bedroom available. It is a joint lease, not an individual/ sublet lease. A Maine Coon kitty will also be living there, so one must be accepting with having her in the home. She does shed. Two pets are allowed max. The bedroom available is #2 - a 10’9 x 12’8 room with a walk in closet and view of Spencer’s Butte. Additional storage is available in the townhome. There is also a patio/balcony! Bedrooms are located on the third floor, above the kitchen and living room. The house is unfurnished and utilities are not included, but are very reasonable. My roommate Sarah and I are looking for a third roommate after our third is no longer planning to live in Eugene or attend UO for personal reasons. I am originally from Durango, Colorado and love the outdoors. I do have a Colorado medical marijuana card, but am looking to potentially obtain one in Oregon, so please be aware that marijuana will be in the home. We are looking for a fully vaccinated roommate as well.
