I’m looking for someone to share my peaceful and comfortable home, not rent a room in my condo. ABOUT THE CONDO - I own it so no worries about the landlord selling it, it’s the home I’ll be in for the next few years at least. It’s an upstairs 1053 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, good size 2 car garage with 2 balconies and a washer and dryer. It’s fully furnished other than the bedroom you would move into so the pics are from before I moved in. The neighborhood is really nice and surrounded by single family homes. There’s a pool and jacuzzi plus shopping very close. You would have your own balcony, there’s plenty of extra storage room in the garage and the kitchen is very roomy and opens to the dining area and living room with a lot of windows and a nice breeze. It has A/C and a dishwasher and it’s an end unit which is which is quiet and it’s in great condition. The rent is $895 per month with a $1200 security deposit plus you’ll have to pay half the utilities which includes internet which normally runs under $100. It will be available to move in by Aug 16th (and possibly sooner) and I am willing to push back the move in date for the right person. I will do a credit and reference check.

There’s no drama or stress in this comfortable home and I need someone who is peaceful as well. My family is very diverse and I get along with all kind of people so I don’t care about your color just your character. I’m looking for 1 adult, male or female, no smoking in the condo, no pets and if you’re looking for a place to have people over constantly, we’re not going to work. I don’t mind respectful visitors and an occasional overnight guest, but I want to maintain my low-key, peaceful environment.
