Almost 10’x10’ (slightly less) room w/ 6’ closet for rent in SW Central Beaverton (near Murray & Farmington), 6 mins from Nike WHQ and not much farther from Intel campuses. Near private bath (only the occasional house guests would be using). Possible garage storage available. Off-street parking spot in front of garage. All utilities included. Not necessarily looking to add more pets, but open to the right situation. No drugs/smoking, don’t mind occasional/social drinking.

House has central AC & gas furnace, fireplace. Gas stove & brand new (2020) appliances. Gig speed fiber internet (no data caps/throttling), and I’ll give you access to my Netflix/HBO Max/Disney+ (when I have it). House is located in a very quiet HOA community with two swimming pools & a community garden. Traeger grill & smoker, and a firepit patio (under construction, but functional). TV in living room for all to use.

Me: 43 yr old male, professional job currently working from home. 5 yr old bulldog & a cat that mostly stays outdoors. Play soccer 2-3 evenings a week and DIY woodworker/handyman/maker of things.
