I am searching for a clean responsible, chill kind of roommate. I am an active adult that works as an Account Manager at the Great Lakes Naval Base on location and in the home doing office work along with sewing projects for a few select clients. Am an avid camper and do so every weekend in the summer. I love to travel so am gone frequently. Not looking for best buds but good energy is needed. I keep my space clean so I need a clean roommate. This means the common room area is always clean and you also put things where they belong. If you are not organized and just keep stuff all over the place this will not work. If you do not clean up after yourself (wipe surfaces of crumbs when cooking, clean stove when you cook, sweep, keep common areas clean) and basically just clean after yourself this is not the place for you. My old roommate and I had a schedule to take out garbage and recycling, clean spacious bathroom area, dusting and mopping floors. I would like to keep this schedule. I am pretty chill; the apartment is 420 friendly. Ideally my future roommate will work. I have friends/family over for the night occasionally. I am big on communicating and make sure my roommate knows my plans that involve our home. Even if they are last minute plans. I appreciate the same communication. Please message me with only serious inquiries. I have one 6-year-old cat Rosabella who is very calm and you will not be responsible for. I clean up after her on a daily basis.
