Clay Street Southeast

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The house is approx 1600 square feet. I only plan on 1 roommate. The area is in close proximity to stores and Linn Benton Community College approximately ten miles to Oregon State University. My last roomie stayed for just over three years. I used to tell her she was staying because I was so easy to live with. It has a very large lot. It is all fenced in. New washer dryer, new hot water system, and a gas insert which is also new. You would have a private room and of course you’re free to use the rest of the house, responsibly. The room is presently furnished, although if you want an empty room that is an option If you happen to be a smoker, whatever you smoke it must be done outside. I do have my daughters dogs as well as children visitors from time to time. Like when she is going to be out of town for the weekend.

I am the only person living here and I’m only looking for 1 roommate. I have lived in this house for several years. I work the day shift. If you happen to work nights, or are a student the only days I tend to be home are the weekends. I do like to take care of the yard and other responsibilities involved in caring for a home. I like a clean place…but I’m not anal about it having to be perfect. I dont like dishes being left in the sink. I love to cook and bake. I’m actually pretty good at it.
