Amanda's room

I’m a middle school teacher and I’ve lived here 4 years now. My old roommate recently moved out to be with her boyfriend and I am looking to fill her space (you can also have the choice between one of two rooms). We have a shared full bathroom with shower and a half bath in my bedroom, so we will only share the shower, not the whole bathroom. I do have a dog named Parker. She’s a giant goober, but she’s pretty cool. If you have a dog, we can check to see if they can get along together. I have a kitchen fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, a working dishwasher, and a washer and dryer (in the garage). There is a big backyard that I am currently working on cleaning up from the ice and snow storms this winter (they were brutal on the trees and big trash pickup is only once a month). The neighborhood is great. My landlord is really great and always very kind and helpful. Also, there is a beautiful magnolia tree in the front yard and it is my favorite!
