I am easy going and to get along with.. i enjoy outdoor sports, working out, traveling, hanging with friends and cookin/eatin 😊 I do have a cat, no cat allergies allowed..

There is a community pool and jacuzzi available for residents.

Our community is quiet, clean and the neighbors are friendly. Neighbors look out for eachother and help eachother out at times.. over all a great area to live in.

Within walking distance some places to eat, a park/ community center, smart and final, donut shop and etc

. Upstairs unit, room is approximately 70square ft, with access to kitchen, living room, laundry room, garage parking, sharing restroom and community pool and spa.

Single occupancy only. Sorry, no pets (no allergies to cat) and no smoking, no drugs and no excessive alcohol consumption. Gay friendly.

$800 per month (plus utilities ) with a $1000 security deposit. $250 non-refundable, remaining amount dependent on condition of room and/or condo. Renter contract available for 6 months.
