Looking for 50 year old + female, non-smoker to share my 1,800 sq ft, 3BR, 2BA newer manufactured home in manufactured home community in El Cajon on the Lakeside border. Easy East and West I-8 access. House has internet, cable, central heat and air, fireplace, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, fenced in yard with large wrap around covered porch. I have Netflix. Home has large Kitchen, Family Room; Living Room and Dining Room. I am looking for someone to rent the 216 sqft. master bedroom with ensuite. All the utilities are included unless the electric bill is really high from running the A/C in the summer. I have a small dog and there is a dog door for access to backyard (grass is artificial) so a small dog is OK. House is across from the complex’s heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, (2) BBQ’s and air conditioned clubhouse. Tandem parking for 3 cars, plus parking in clubhouse lot or off street. Has RV parking ($75.00 extra a month). My 15 year old daughter stays with me on the weekends. I have several projects started in the home but I ran out of money to complete them. Having a roommate to share the home’s cost will allow me to complete these projects. No drugs. Alcohol ok. Thanks for reading. I will add pictures later.
