Responsible homeowner looking for single person to help share expenses. Entire living room to yourself and 2 bedrooms for the price of one. Each bedroom is the standard second bedroom size so around 11X12 or so. By giving the renter 2x1 they can put their bed in one room and store other stuff in the room right across the hall so the bedroom has more space. There is a private bathroom.

These are unfurnished rooms. I’m looking for someone with no pets or children. You get two rooms for the price of one with extra storage and private bathroom. It is myself and my son who is only here half-time. Utilities are negotiable. There’s a second living room downstairs for additional common space. Month to month is ideal for me, but willing to discuss other options. Please let me know if you have any questions.
