Lauren's room

I am renting out the second bedroom of my 2 bed 2 bath apartment starting August 1st. The balcony overlooks the mountains, you’ll have a walk-in closet, and there are great amenities, including a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, trash service, and several patios with grills.

I am 26 years old, work in healthcare Mon-Thur and am usually out hiking, camping, paddle boarding, or skiing Fri-Sun. I love playing sports, and am down to either go out or stay in for a wine and movie night. I’d love to be friends with my roommate. I am allergic to animals, so unfortunately can’t have any pets in the apartment. I keep the common areas pretty clean and am looking for someone who will too.
