The room is very spacious with two closets. Fridge and microwave, located in basement shared with one other person. Kitchen and laundry provided, but located upstairs. Street parking and easy access to a small trail. Common area is furnished. Utilities not included in rent.

I am leaving for the military soon and need someone to replace me in our lease agreement. My current roommate is a young man, who is currently going to school and working.
