S's room

Clean family neighborhood, not too close to downtown area, it’s more on the north end of town. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. I am in the master bedroom, and I’m just looking to fill one room, the other will be open as a guest room. You would have your own bathroom, although it would also be the guest bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer, garage, two living rooms, fully furnished.

Just me and my dog! I have a husky who’s great with people but unfortunately not awesome with other animals, so no other pets, sorry :( I am a 30 year old female, just working full time. Graduated high school about ten years ago. Looking for someone in my same realm if possible. :) I’m not a partier, and definitely prefer someone who doesn’t smoke. I’m not crazy on the whole Covid hysteria. So hopefully you’re a little on the conservative side, ha!
