the private unfurnished bedroom is in a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house in a safe, quaint neighborhood near Biola University. The 1/3 cost of the utility payment includes internet, cable, laundry, yard maintenance and full use of all the common areas, including the nice backyard with covered patio.

The other roommate and I are two middle-aged Christian professionals and graduate students who are honest, responsible, and respectful. We are looking for a like-minded middled-aged lady who also likes dogs, as there are also two cute Boston Terriers living here. We expect no smoking, no drugs, and no excessive drinking while living here.
