My name is Zoe, 27 year old female with a full time job. I own the condo so everything will go directly through me. I am looking to rent one room out in my 2 br 1.5 bath condo, located in clairemont near the town square shopping center. Rent is $850/month utilities and internet included, month to month lease, $900 deposit. Street parking only. I have a cat and a small dog, so no other pets are allowed. I am looking for someone who is going to pay rent on time and will clean up after themselves. I expect someone to respect me and my space as I will theirs. No drugs and no bringing the party home. Will consider renting to a couple but rent would be $1000/month and $1000 deposit.
