This 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom condo is located in Parker, Colorado. It is about 6 minutes from RVU and is pretty convenient with grocery stores, gas stations, and etc. This condo has a community pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room. The condo includes a dryer and washer. It also has a balcony! The room I am renting out is furnished with a full bed, dresser, desk, and chair. There is also a window that looks out to the courtyard. Sorry, no pets are allowed!
