We are renting a private room in our house to someone who is responsible, friendly, and financially stable. We are a gay couple in our 40’s with two dogs (a corgi and a sheltie). I work from home, and my partner works an afternoon shift. We are pretty quiet, friendly, and down to earth, and hope to meet someone that we will get along with to share our home. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed (brand new linens & comforter), a night stand, dresser, and spacious closet with another night stand. New room darkening blinds are installed. You’ll also have your own bathroom next to your room, and your own refrigerator in the kitchen. The room has a cable box with a ton of channels, including HBO and Showtime. (We can provide a tv if you don’t have one.) Every room in the house has an air purifier (including yours). We have a roomba that runs 3 times a week to help keep the house tidy. Across from your room is my office. It has a couch and a big tv that you are welcome to use in the evenings or on weekends as a man-cave. The room is available for move in today.

Rent is $600 / mo, due on the first of each month. A late fee will apply on the second. Apple pay or Venmo must be used. You will be required to pay for and pass a background / credit check. First & last month rent will be due at move in. 6 month lease with option to renew. Absolutely NO drugs, vaping, or smoking in the house. Occasional overnight guests are ok, but this is for single occupancy only. You will need to provide proof of work / income and have your own transportation.
