Marian's room

This is 2br/1bd condo, newly painted and updated. This room is a very clean and good size (132sf) with a newly installed closet, and hard wood floor. It is easy to access to highway 680 and Concord and Pleasant Hill Bart stations.

I am an easy-going female and currently work from home. I study for my license in the evening and during weekends. I sometimes hang out with my friend or going for a walk when I have free time. I am looking for a female house mate who is a full-time student or a full-time professor who does not have an overnight guest and pets. This is drug free and smoke free house. I keep common areas, kitchen, bathroom, and living room, neat and tidy and hope you do too.
