The property is located in a quite, beautiful, respectful neighborhood in Sanger. The room is furnished with a new queen size bed, mattress and has a walk in closet. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, has a 2 car garage with driveway for parking along with new washer and dryer. Private backyard with covered patio and fire pit along with wi-fi.
