• First floor (noise and stomping welcome).

• Music and any arts are encouraged.

• Both rooms have solid closet space.

• Mostly furnished. (probably only need a tv, and few small things.)

• Big living room tv and couches in common area/ living room. Gamer/ streamer/ personality/ video or blogger friendly.

• Garage ($100), but already included in rent, currently. Can inquire to cancel for lesser rent total.

• “Park anywhere that’s open” kind of layout.

• Kitchen beefed up (air fryer, pots, pans, dual stainless sink, dishwasher, etc.)

• Community Maintenance on point.

• Furnished patio with summer umbrella and 4 chairs.

• 2 Gate entry (pin code, or key fob)

• 3 seconds from main gate for Uber/Lyft/ Smoking on Cigawettes.

• Split pay on electric and utility (it’s not much).

• I’ll pay the wifi (since I’ll need it for work and music, etc)

• Washer and dryer in-house.

• Doggie park and free doggie poopie bags throughout complex.

• All pets allowed (will wrastle a snake or punch a ferret any day, no spiders please.)

• Community garden (snatch some tomatoes, or plant some.)

• Pool with 2 bbq pits.

• Food trucks in the lot every Thursday.

• Free wine “Wine down Wednesdays” from leasing office.
