This shared apartment in the Castro has an available bedroom with a shared bathroom. The available master bedroom (12x14) can be optionally furnished and has a 10-ft wide picture window with a beautiful view of the city and Bay. The bathroom is shared with one other person. The neighborhood has easy street parking, and washer/dryer is available in-building. There are 34 steps leading to the front door.
About the roomies
The home is shared with a music producer, who is also a former SF business owner, and his small dog. He has a YouTube channel and is often working on music in the communal area. He enjoys humor, political and intelligent conversation, and describes himself as both easy-going and eccentric. He is looking for someone who has a good sense of humor, interest in current events, and who likes modern music to share his home. The ideal candidate would be kind-hearted, responsible, and easy-going, and would enjoy carrying on a conversation. He would also like some weekly help with household chores: cleaning, laundry, and optional dog-walking.
