I Have a one bedroom apartment in the heart of south beach, just two blocks from the beach. I stayed in the private bedroom, never at home, always working and doing sports, very clean and responsible. So I rent in a big living room one queen bed with shared bathroom. Internet and all bills are included.

I m the only one staying in the property. Nice and responsible, always working or doing sports, you basically never see me at home. Looking for serious person!
