MASTER BEDROOM AVAILABLE DEC 1ST 2023

LOCATION: HURST, TX 76053 NRH/HURST line, GLENVIEW:PIPELINE EXIT ITS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO BRING THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE OFFICE. i.e VALID drivers license, pay stubs, ya know, the usual. All that info is needed just to make sure you can keep up and not flake out.

Rent/Electricity will be split 50/50. ALWAYS. RENT - $1160 - $1200(varies due to water usage).. You’ll also have access to the main account once you register with the office.

ELECTRICITY - varies on usage , lately, it’s been $150-$200. If the A/C & Heat is limited, the electricity bill stays pretty low.

INTERNET - You’ll have to add it or transfer service here, personally, I don’t use internet so it’s on you.

Everything in total (rent, electricity and internet) will run you $700-$800 a month (give or take) still not bad considering what cost of living is by yourself 😬

Money order will be made for rent on the 1st ( or before) latest for rent turn in is the 3rd of each month. (2 day grace period). On the 4th day is $75 tacked on, 5th day and on it’s $10 per day. Hopefully, it will NEVER happen.

You will have access to the electricity account, so you’ll be able to pay your half. You’ll also see usage and the plan. Electric is usually due on the 15th of each month.

Pictures of the room are coming soon, it’s a pretty big room, full bathroom, walk in closet. Clean. The apartment usually stays clean and is in mint condition since moving in back on 2021. I’d like to keep it that way.

PRIVATE BATHROOM AND LARGE CLOSET SPACE. ROOM IS HUGE. CEILING FAN.

-NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME Felonies OR Bad Record is a NO-GO. NO EXCEPTIONS. Pets are acceptable. Case by case basis. I only say that because carpets are in mint condition. Be respectful of that.

As for me, I generally keep to myself. I’m either at work, gym or asleep. Idc what you do, as long as you clean up after yourself and don’t take anything that’s not yours. If you need anything, just ask. All I ask for in a roommate is RELIABILITY and INTEGRITY. Be honest. If you’re struggling that month, I don’t mind picking up the slack. I need a TEAM MEMBER. Lately, it’s hard to find in people. It’s quiet and clean here, usually no issues with break ins or parking, it’s a quiet spot to relax. Like I said, RELIABILITY is a MUST.
