About the room
Hello, I have a furnished master bedroom on the second floor with private balcony and private bathroom for $1,250* a month. Utilities are NOT included.
Access to living room, kitchen, dining and laundry usage in the Victorville Area. This is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house. House is shared with single mom with two children and single dad with one child. The security deposit is $2,400 ( last months and security deposit) plus $100 Key Deposit.
This is a SCENT free home. Parking is on the street. Kids are allowed. Drug, alcohol, Smoking, and Fragrance free home.
No pets!! No drama!! I am pretty easy going.. Love a clean, drama free home. Background CHECK is $50 Non-refundable application fee per person. If you agree we can make an appointment to see the rooms.
*Rent amount is for 1 person. For an additional person rent will increase
About the roomies
Roomies are super professional, respectful, and responsible. We respect each other’s privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Safe environment. House is shared with single mom with two children and single dad with one child.
