Rebecca's room

This is a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom House. All bedrooms are upstairs. You would be sharing a bathroom but have a private, unfurnished room. Not accepting anyone with cats or dogs. Please no couples and no part time parents. This is a LGBTQIA+ house, as well as cannabis friendly, and alternative lifestyle friendly.

The lease ends the first week of January 2024, so this will be a short term. Move in would be the last week of June. Security deposit above is considered your first month’s rent. Other bills we split four ways are: electric, internet, and water.

I myself will be leaving once the lease is up, however if you and our other roommates decided to resign the lease, that will be up to the three of you.

We do currently have a lawn service that we pay to take care of the yard for us.

My name is Becca and I am the primary leaseholder. I am 35 and work full time at an office in Bedford as well as a part time pet sitter on the time. I have two cats, one gecko, and one fish. I have a chronic illness and an an at home dialysis patient.

Our roommate Jericho has one dog. Lia has no pets at this time. Our age range is 21-35.

We require a female identifying roommate at this time and someone who is willing to participate in communal chores such as dishes, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming the common areas.
