In a good neighborhood ! Your area has a small covered outdoor porch of your own and your room is at the opposite side of house of my living space. Backyard is fully fenced in with large above ground pool. Rental will be available In December 2022 on a month to month basis. Must be currently employed!! No Pets Allowed , No “heavy”Drinkers!!! If you are a Heavy Drinker then Don’t apply for this room because it’s NOT for you!! No Drugs permitted! Smoker ok to smoke outside.

Salisbury Maryland- I am a female in my 50’s with a extra large room for rent in December 2022 on a month to month basis. House is very quite with barely any traffic and in a good neighborhood. Don’t want Drama or Tension in the home. I am a laid back person and pretty much keep to myself but do enjoy a good conversation.
