NON SMOKER A PLUS and must be very clean,quiet and organized and not a messy individual. NO COUPLES only room for 1 female tenant…

About the roomies
Im a white male with my 2 Dogs and a cat that’s mostly outside but stays in at night..
Unfortunately my one dog for some reason does not like men, only females so I can’t have any males I rent to I’m sorry. Im very quiet and simple and live a drama free life and own my own business and home and am at here quite a bit in my office so work a lot oif hrs. I’m a non smoker and drinker and no drugs so expect same .. If you do canabis or smoke or are a heavy drinker we won’t be a good fit as roomies. Also please be responsible and have a stable backround, not jumping from place to place every few months and must be some one with a good character and have a full time job If interested … inquire and we will chat and see if your a good fit.
