Hi guys hope all is well, we are two female college students looking for a third to fill a medium sized room w/ a private patio entrance in a prime location in the sunset near the park and a plethora of stores. We are looking for a female in her/there 20’s.

We are looking for a potential roommate. Only female students who are responsible and who are okay with dogs and cats (MUST BE ANIMAL FRIENDLY). The location is 20th and Irving at sunset, which is very convenient. Buses 28, 29 and N line run, which is very convenient for S.F. State, City College students. Rent is $ 975 and other utilities are around $ 50. Please contact us if you are interested.

A little bit about me and my roommate, I currently work full-time at a summer camp that will most likely transition to after school programs in the fall. I took a little gap to work but I’m most likely gonna go back to school soon. I have two dogs and a cat so it is very important that whoever lives here is animal friendly. Also because of this we won’t be able to have any more animals at the house. My roommate is a college student at SFSU who works full-time. She is super friendly nice. Because she’s out of the house a lot, i’m looking for a roommate who can occasionally help with the dogs.
