I’m looking for a roommate (females only), who is honest-respectful-clean-kind-considerate and responsible, looking to rent the spare bedroom in my 1,200 sq. ft. condo in northeast Boca Raton (in the Boca Teeca development/close to the Delray Beach line). There is a comfy, full size, Murphy bed in the 12 x 10 spare bedroom, a desk and a small 6 drawer storage dresser; a full length closet; a 55“ Smart TV on the bedroom wall with cable and HBO; wi-fi/internet; private full bath; shared use of kitchen, living area and the washer/dryer (in my condo unit); I have the linens, towels, bedding, kitchen appliances/dishes; community pool in my condo complex; central air conditioning and all utilities are included. No pets or overnights and must work out of the home/attend school out of the home. Required to move in: must be a non-smoker/no nicotine; must have a 650 or better credit score and first months rent, last months rent and $200 non-refundable cleaning fee is due by the move in date.
