Sparta Road

Room is on the first floor at the entrance and tucked away from the kitchen, living room and other rooms on the other floors if privacy is wanted. Room does have its own bathroom. There is a laundry room available to use on second floor as well as a porch.

The area gives nothing to complain about. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. There are a couple parks and a lake within walking distance. One of them being Mountain Hawk Park, which is great for a bit of scenery and fresh air. Plenty of trails for jogging/walking/biking! Plenty of shops and dining within a short car drive away.

My wife and I are the owners. Both of us work somewhat long hours during the week. She does dental and I’m currently Navy. But enjoy the time we do have off. We are laid back and easy going. So if you want to hangout and talk we are down for that if not busy, we will also respect your space and give you plenty of it if that makes you more comfortable.

We are looking to rent out this room since we have no use for it. Just ask that you are respectful and keep the room clean. If you use the kitchen or any other area just clean up after yourself please. That is all! Look forward to hearing from yall.
