Samantha's room

Hi everyone, we own a large home in Moncks Corner and we are looking for someone to rent out our spare room. The neighborhood has 2 pools, walking trails, a free gym, etc. We have a large kitchen that is great to cook in. I am a student and my husband is military, we are both very kind and easy going! We only ask that you are clean, not too loud at night, respectful, etc. We have a dog and cats but pets are welcome as long as they get along with ours. Lease time is super flexible. Mostly whatever you need. Easy drive to military bases, Boeing, and driving downtown isn’t bad. (I drive downtown). The spare room is fully furnished with a bed if you need that as well. You will share a bathroom with one other person who is rarely home. If he is home, he’s rarely in the bathroom as well.
