This is a brand new house and I’m renting out 2 bedrooms for $800 each, with one shared private bathroom between the both of you. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests for extended periods of time. The house is gorgeous, all granite everything, tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms. Fastest internet possible. I’m a laid back, quiet 29 year old with not many guests over. I require a clean roommate who can clean up after themselves and are courteous to the shared living space. Not looking for many guests over at a time, as I’m a more reserved private person.
