About the room
Looking for two female roommates for my 3 bed/2 bath house that was built in 2020. You will share a bathroom with each other. No pets allowed. Please note the move in date - looking far in advance!
It’s a safe neighborhood, close to the freeway, shops, and a nice place to walk/run. Lots of street parking.
Looking for two responsible people, ideally friends as they are sharing a bathroom and bedroom walls. Ideally people who keep the space clean, doesn’t smoke, is respectful of others, and is not into partying.
Rent does not include utilities. Utilities are extra each month: internet, PG&E, water and garbage.
Month to month lease.
About the roomies
I’m in my early 30’s, I work from home during the week and am pretty active on the weekends. My family is in the area so they stop by but I don’t have people over, etc.
