Bedroom and private bathroom available August 1st, 2021 in South Boulder home. House is two levels, large enough for three to comfortably have their own living spaces, has a two car garage, storage room, laundry room, backyard, deck off the upper level, hiking trails right outside the back gate, and is kept very clean and cared-for. The house is fully furnished, excluding the available bedroom and bathroom, so there’s no room for additional furniture. We do have a spare guest bedroom for the very occasional overnight guest, but wouldn’t appreciate a constant stream of overnight visitors or significant others.

Bus stop is right at the end of the street and Table Mesa Park-N-Ride is under 2 miles away.

Monthly rent is $966.66. Utilities run around $150/mo (Fiber Internet, XCEL Energy, Water, Trash, Lawn).

The lease runs through June 2022, not available for month-month.

Two gals in their mid-30’s looking for a third to share their 4 bedroom/3 bath house.

Our roommate of 3 years is moving in with her boy and we’re looking for another gal to take over her lease. As an Assistant Principal and a Brand Strategist, we’re both out of the house most of the time, but will work from home once or twice a week. We enjoy all the typical Colorado activities; hiking, biking, running, skiing, etc. We’re pretty quiet, long past our partying days, have the occasional wine evening, and keep a pretty early bed time. We have two middle-aged dogs with low energy levels that have filled the house pet quota, so no more pets please. One dog thinks he’s a quiet cat, and the other enjoys a vocal greeting but can be found cowering from loud wind.

We’re looking for another working professional (no couples due to Boulder regulations and overall house sanity) who is considerate, very clean, keeps normal hours, easy-going, loves dogs, and might enjoy an occasional camp outing or trail run.
