The rental price covers PG&E, Water, xfinity internet and garbage. The complex has a pool , washing drying facility, picnic area and two BBQ pits. The condo has a front enclosed patio, a carport and additional parking for resident and guest.

Hello my name is Carli I’m a Masters student and work as an environmental scientist. I currently just live with my dog Shasta. Ideal roommate is pet friendly unfortunately only one animal is allowed in the condo per HOA rules. I’m looking for someone that over the age of 21 preferably, a senior in college, graduate student or recent graduate. Currently working from home but we’re hoping to be back in the office in august. I keep a relatively tidy home I’m hoping to find someone with similar tidiness.
