Looking for a female roommate to fill my current roommate’s room in our Arlington apartment. The apartment is 2 BD 2 BA (bathroom is jack and Jill style) with spacious rooms! We are in the Lyons Village neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to Courthouse and Clarendon. Rent is about $1,050 a month including utilities. Parking is available for $25 a month.

I am a teacher in VA so I work a lot on week days during the school year and enjoy chilling with wine after work and going out on the weekends! I also like to work out and try new foods and restaurants, as well as go into DC often.
